BarberByte subscriptions
BarberByte subscriptions are billed monthly after any free trial shown during checkout. Barbers can manage or cancel their subscription from the dashboard settings through the subscription portal.
Before opening the cancellation portal, BarberByte may ask for brief optional feedback about why the barber is cancelling.
If a barber cancels during a free trial before the renewal date, the subscription will not renew into the paid monthly plan.
Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already paid. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
Failed or inactive payments
If a subscription payment fails, is disputed or becomes inactive, BarberByte may restrict access to dashboard features until the subscription is active again.
Client appointment cancellations
Clients receive a booking confirmation email with a cancellation link where email delivery is available. Clients can use that link to cancel their appointment, or contact the barber directly.
Barbers can also cancel appointments from their dashboard. When this happens, BarberByte attempts to email the client so they know the appointment has been cancelled.
Barber cancellation rules
Each barber is responsible for their own client cancellation rules, notice periods, deposits, no-show rules and in-person payment arrangements. BarberByte does not collect client haircut payments through the booking page.
Refund questions
Subscription billing questions can be sent to support@barberbyte.com. Appointment payment or refund questions should be raised with the barber directly.
